Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
