Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive company image.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update customer information in the database and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in training new hires and mentoring junior staff members.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the customer service department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
