Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the retail or hospitality environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle cash and credit payments.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails to resolve inquiries regarding products, services, and order status.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appearance of the store, including stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
- Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized to comply with company safety standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays to meet business demands.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude are a must.
