Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via email or chat.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and special store displays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a consistent availability schedule.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
