Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Perform accurate data entry into our CRM systems and ensure database integrity.
- Assist in inventory management and order processing as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Update customer records and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry is a plus but not mandatory.
