Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and accurately.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Process transactions and verify account information as required.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance purposes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
