Responsibilities
- Client Support: Manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose customer needs and provide accurate solutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate common customer feedback and suggestions to management to help improve our services.
Qualifications
