Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot technical software and hardware issues for clients.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior engineering team.
- Assist in training new support staff on standard operating procedures.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associateās degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical help desk is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote/hybrid team.
