Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Conduct product training for new hires and assist in the development of support documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
