Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate standard warehouse machinery, forklifts, or material handling equipment as required by the shift.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and tracking inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and order fulfillment.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping or storage.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients or internal stakeholders professionally, resolving inquiries and providing updates on order status.
- Physical Labor: Perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods as necessary.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States of America.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably and stand for long durations.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a willingness to work overtime when needed.
