Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials to and from delivery vehicles and storage areas.
- Move materials and items within the warehouse or to other designated areas.
- Identify and sort items according to destination or type.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
