Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and ship orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic counting
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Load/unload shipments using proper lifting techniques
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to Northside Indianapolis
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
- Strong attention to detail and safety focus
- Must pass pre-employment background check
