- Accurately input and verify customer and inventory data into our enterprise CRM system.
- Perform regular audits of existing databases to identify and correct errors.
- Generate comprehensive reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Assist with document management, including scanning, filing, and archiving physical records.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy (99%+).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
