Responsibilities
- Efficiently deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial locations within Washington DC
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via our mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure safe driving practices at all times
- Assist with sorting and organizing packages at our downtown DC hub
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adapt to route changes and optimize delivery efficiency daily
Qualifications
- Valid DC driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Strong knowledge of Washington DC streets and neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation to our K Street NW location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for weekday shifts (Mon-Fri, 3-5 hours/day)
