Responsibilities
- Perform material handling tasks including loading/unloading shipments and inventory management
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S methodology
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely
- Assist with quality control checks and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to our Cleveland facility
- No prior warehouse experience necessary - we train!
- Must pass background check and drug screening
