Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Support inventory management including receiving, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Assist with store operations including cleaning, safety compliance, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop product expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Reliable transportation to multiple store locations
