Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with mobile devices.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
