Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by answering questions and assisting with product selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and display areas, ensuring products are organized, priced correctly, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist the management team with inventory counts and replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and deliver a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic applicants.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
