Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Organize and maintain store displays to ensure products are appealing and accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and checking stock levels.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and loss prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
