Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Maintain store presentation standards including merchandising and visual displays
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and inventory counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals
- Support loss prevention protocols and maintain a safe shopping environment
- Participate in team huddles and training sessions to enhance product expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings and weekends (optional)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
