Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Organize and maintain store displays, shelves, and merchandise presentation
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Support visual merchandising efforts to enhance the shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold store security and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome to apply)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
