Responsibilities

- Operate the cash register accurately, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked according to company standards.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding hours, location, and product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and visual merchandising displays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
