Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle cash handling procedures with strict adherence to company policies and security protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management in a timely manner.
- Assist with store setups, events, and promotional activities as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and POS technology.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
