Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash management
- Merchandise and maintain store presentation standards to enhance visual appeal
- Assist with inventory control, including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and store policies for customer and staff protection
- Support visual merchandising initiatives to drive customer engagement
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
