Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and credit card payments with precision.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean, inviting, and well-stocked store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting regular stock counts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Keep the sales floor and restrooms clean and well-maintained at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
