Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management to ensure product availability.
- Assist with store cleanliness, including floor maintenance and trash removal.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes and stocking merchandise.
