Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm, welcoming demeanor and assist them with finding products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily sales targets and maintain inventory levels.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and marketing events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
