As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, helping customers find exactly what they need while maintaining a welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing product recommendations and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to ensure products are easily accessible and the store looks appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to the management team promptly.
- Handle cash transactions with high accuracy and adhere to all company security policies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the sales floor and fitting rooms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills and comfort with technology.
