- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandise presentation
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Support store operations through cleaning, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and store targets
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on trends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- 6+ months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
