- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and inventory levels to answer customer queries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and exchanges with care and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
