Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Process returns and exchanges courteously and in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
