Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting the right electronics and demonstrate product features and functionality.
- Manage the sales floor, ensuring products are organized, displayed attractively, and fully stocked.
- Process customer transactions accurately at the register using POS systems.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (valid work authorization required).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Willingness to learn new technology and product knowledge.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and succeed.
