Responsibilities
- Facilitate youth activities and workshops with enthusiasm
- Maintain safe and organized program spaces
- Assist with event setup and cleanup procedures
- Engage participants in positive, age-appropriate interactions
- Support program coordinators with administrative tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate effectively with team members across shifts
Qualifications
- Must be 14-18 years old and enrolled in high school
- Availability for weekend and weekday evening shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 4+ hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for check-in procedures
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
