- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define research goals.
- Create compelling reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the documentation of user personas and user journeys.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in user research or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
