Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate pallet jacks and basic material handling equipment safely
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to our North Columbus facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Availability to work 3-5 shifts weekly (evenings/weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
