- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and organizing stock areas efficiently.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure all packaging meets safety standards before leaving the facility.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently handle freight movement, including loading trucks and unloading incoming shipments.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Driving: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training is provided.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to read and follow written instructions.
