Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accuracy in stock records using scanning equipment.
- Package and label shipments according to company standards and shipping guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in the organization of stockrooms and ensure easy access to products.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory tracking.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
