Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments with precision
- Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and housekeeping protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Flexible availability including weekends/evenings
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Warehouse experience a plus but not required
