Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently and accurately to meet daily KPIs.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming inventory and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as required by workflow demands.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as part of the rotational schedule.
