Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer proficiency with touchscreen devices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stamina to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Reliable transportation to Richmond facility
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
