Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package shipments using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Contribute to a clean, safe work environment through regular 5S practices
- Assist in receiving, scanning, and documenting incoming merchandise
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory counts and shipment documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with inventory software or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
