Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and ship products according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading of delivery trucks
- Participate in weekly safety briefings
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Standing/walking for 6+ hours per shift
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid California driver's license (forklift operation)
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Ave
- Availability to work weekends/holidays
