Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring accurate handling of merchandise.
- Sort, pack, and prepare packages for shipment with careful attention to detail.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels on the warehouse floor.
- Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency and safety compliance.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track shipments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and scan barcodes accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis facility daily.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, nights, or weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred (but not required).
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
