Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and common areas
- Participate in cycle counts and quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanner systems
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to Riverfront Drive location
- Availability to work 20-30 hours/week (shifts: Mon-Fri 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
