Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observationsPrepare patients for medical procedures and examinations
- Maintain clean and organized patient care areas
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure patient comfort
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergencies
- Stock and maintain medical supply inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification preferred (training available)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts (days, evenings, nights)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous healthcare experience a plus
