Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement high-level system architectures for AI models that are scalable, secure, and optimized for 2026 performance standards.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Quantum Machine Learning to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals for the 2026 horizon.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of neural networks and inference engines to ensure low-latency, high-throughput performance in production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and development.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Neural Network design, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical problems and delivering robust solutions under tight deadlines.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence technical decisions and mentor junior to senior level engineers.
