Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable neural architectures capable of handling the complexity of 2026+ data streams.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop long-term forecasting models that anticipate market shifts and user behaviors with high precision.
- R&D Leadership: Guide a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers in exploring cutting-edge methodologies, including self-supervised learning and multimodal AI.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and transparency to ensure responsible deployment.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy models on distributed cloud and edge computing environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated history of innovating in the AI space, with a portfolio of patents or published research papers.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
