Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI solutions that scale to millions of users.
- Define the technical vision for AI integration across QuantumCore's product suite.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and drive best practices in MLOps and DevOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure QuantumCore remains ahead of the curve by 2026.
- Oversee system performance, security, and reliability of AI workloads.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts and hybrid cloud environments is a major plus.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
