Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, distributed machine learning pipelines for reinforcement learning agents.
- Lead a cross-functional squad of 8+ data scientists and ML engineers in the research and deployment of Project 2026 models.
- Drive the technical vision for ethical AI, ensuring transparency and safety in autonomous decision-making processes.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy to support real-time, high-throughput applications.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate theoretical research into production-ready features.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, monitoring, and model governance within the organization.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or deploying large-scale models.
- Strong background in distributed systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring junior engineers and managing technical roadmaps.
