Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on advanced AI integration and quantum-ready architecture.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable systems that ensure high availability and performance under massive loads.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and executives, to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and evaluate their feasibility for integration into core products.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or principal architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and managing distributed teams.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language model integration.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
